Taiwan based smartphone giant HTC has unveiled four new Desire series handset all sharing most of the similar specs like a Snapdragon 210 chipset, Android 5.1Lollipop on-board, a 8MP camera with 720p video recording and 2000mAh of battery life. Lets us know the detailed specs for each of them.
HTC Desire 626, 626s
Both these handset come with a 5inch HD display with 720p display resolution and measure 8.19mm in thickness. The two handsets come in variety of color options Blue Lagoon, Gravy Lava, White Birch, Marine White and Marshmellow White.
Both the handsets host the Snapdragon 210 chipset having a quad-core CPU with Cortex A7 cores clocked at 1.1GHz. They run the Android 5.1 Lollipop skinned with HTC Sense 7 along with some other customization options that include the HTC Home, BlinkFeed and HTC Themes.
Out of these two, the 626 is the higher-end version with 16GB of internal energy, 5MP front-facing selfie camera and a 1.5GB of RAM memory. The Desire 626s has an 8GB of internal storage, 2MP selfie camera and 1GB of RAM memory. Both the handset have the provision of expandable storage via microSD card slot.
HTC Desire 526
This is the smaller sibling of the above handset and hosts a 4.7inch display with 540p pixel resolution with a 9.9mm thickness. The chipset is same as mentioned above but the RAM memory is increased to 1.5GB. the handset has got a 8GB of internal storage and a huge expandable microSD card storage of up to whopping 2TB.
HTC Desire 520
The Desire 520 has got a 4.5inch display with 480p display resolution, the same above mentioned chipset configurations, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal expandable storage.
