However, earlier past week, Xiaomi announced its Redmi 2 handset with dual LTE. Now the company’s official Weibo page has released a teaser showing up that the company is planning to launch a new flagship on January 15th. The famous website quotes Mr. Lei saying "There’s no better way to start 2015 than with our newest products." This means that Xiaomi might be holding an big event at the Beijing Convention Center on 15th of January at 2PM. However, the poster released shows that Xiaomi might be unveiling a new thin flagship and is said to be thinner than the wings of the insect found in China named cicada. Xiaomi is selling up the tickets for the January 15th event for a price of $16. However, there is no word yet from the company regarding the model name as there are two suspected odels with the name Xiaomi Mi$s and Xiaomi Mi5. Few days back we saw an image showing up the Xiaomi Mi4s with very thin bezels.
