However, people thought Snapchat will not be good because of its security issues. But, the CEO Evan Spiegel believes on the Snapchat and it is more worth than it was then. Yahoo plans to invest on Snapchat, according to The Wall Street Journal on its latest report. Snapchat is getting some new investments from different companies, money managers and others. The report shows, Yahoo are going to invest $20 million that’s valuation is estimated of $10 billion in Snapchat.
There is no monetization strategy for the Snapchat but it has the most popular social networks that can be spread all over the world quickly than you can imagine.Yahoo never invests without any solid information and strategy because Yahoo has made $5 billion from the Chinese e-commerce group Alibaba.
The company invested only $1 billion in 2005 and by time, it proves more than $10 billion valuation. However, Snapchat may not be a successful deal for the money but only time can say how worth the deal Snapchat will be!
